Yep, in a nutshell, Kevin gives you a fully featured web site for just $699. Kevin is our new 'hard working, high achieving no frills' web site management platform.
Proudly developed by Exclusive Web Services, Kevin is a shared web site management tool, hosted centrally by Exclusive Web Services, on a continuously evolving development platform. So that means, as Kevin evolves and is enhanced as web technologies move forward, so too does your web site... so in short, the technology behind your site will never go out of date.
Kevin is hassle free from the word go!
To begin with, you simply select a preferred layout, and provide us with all your content, images and logo, and we take care of the setup for you. We tailor your template to match your corporate image, establish your web pages, and complete the search engine optimisation. We also setup your hosting (free for the first 12 months) and establish your email accounts.
Once your new site is up and running your free to login to Kevin and update your content whenever you need to. Kevin's admin console is really easy to use, and has built in handy hints to help you along (see screen shots below).

What it Costs
Kevin costs $699 (incl GST). This is a one off fee, and includes 12 months free Business Web Hosting valued at $242 (inc GST), and 500 free business cards valued at 110 (inc GST)*.
The only recurring cost is your web hosting, billed annually at $242 (inc GST), and, if you do not currently have a domain name and you purchase one through us, you will be invoiced bi-annually for the renewal at $66 (inc GST).
Your web hosting entitles you to up 20 email accounts, which we will establish for you.
As long as you can provide us with a working copy of your logo as either an EPS/PDF file, high resolution TIFF or JPEG, you will not incur any additional setup costs (Contact your graphic designer or printing house for these files).
If you are unable to provide working logo files, we can re-create your logo for a small additional fee.
The Business Cards*
The 500 business cards that we are offering, are printed on 300gsm satin stock, printed in full colour on both sides, delivered to your door (to eastern Australian states).
To take advantage of the offer, full payment for Kevin is required up-front.
You will not incur additional costs for the cards provided that you can supply a working EPS/PDF file of your business cards. You will not be charged for name or detail changes (note: if you cannot supply the fonts used in your art, we cannot guarantee a match).
If you don't have artwork for you business cards, provided that you can provide your logo as a working EPS/PDF file, we will layout your cards for no extra charge. However, if you require a water mark or any other vector art (or imagery) applied to the card, extra costs will be incurred.
The turnaround time for the cards is usually 7 days from approval of artwork.
Payment Terms for Kevin
- 50% Establishment deposit is required prior to setup*
- 50% Balance payment must be paid within 7 days of site going live
The turnaround time for Kevin is usually 14 days from receiving your logo and content.
*Full payment is required up front if you wish to take up the offer of the business cards.
Your Content
Text
Before we establish your web site, you need to provide us with the content for insertion. Written content must be supplied in MS Word or Open Office format. There is no limit to the amount of text that can appear on each page.
When drafting your content, keep search engine optimisation in mind. Try to build up key word density by using lots of nouns, try not to be too general when referring to services or products that you provide.
In addition to the general content for each page, you can also provide content to appear in the side bar for each page. This space is handy for posting news or running promotions.
Images
You can have up to 5 images per page (they are enlarged when clicked on). When supplying images, they cannot be more than 2meg in size (per image). If you are concerned about file sizes do not hesitate to contact us. Images must be supplied in JPEG, GIF or PNG format.
PDF's
If you have PDF files that you would like to make available for download, these must be supplied no larger than 2 meg in size.
Video
If you want to make videos available on your site, we recommend that you upload them to a third party provider such as YouTube. Doing this will ensure that you don't zap your bandwidth allocation.
When you upload your film to a third party provider, they will provide you with a code snippet to allow the film to be viewed from your own web site. Simply provide us with this code snippet and we will insert it into the web page of your choice.
